Born Ugly 'LOREM IPSUM' THE BOOK YOU CAN'T READ
Born Ugly set a brief to 'sell the unsellable.' I looked to respond to this by creating a book that you can't read but looks good. I called it 'LOREM IPSUM', inspired by the filler text the Adobe Suite uses. The book is unreadable, as every word is Lorem Ipsum text, which is Latin, the dead language. However, the book would solely be used to look through and admire the aesthetics of, purely aiming to look attractive on a coffee table.
I took a whole host of photography images and integrated them into each page of the book. I wanted to use each page to distort and filter each image to experiment with what I could come up with and push my own Photoshop abilities

I wanted the book to follow a theme but ensured that each page featured a different text layout, image, filter, and/or effect. I went with these distinct blue and pink colours to help the book stand out on any surface.
